Caesarstone surfaces come factory polished to a high lustre, with the exception of our special Concrete finish. Due to Caesarstone’s high density and non-porous qualities, normal cleaning with a damp cloth will keep your Caesarstone surface looking like the first day it was installed. To avoid dulling the surface's shine, make sure to use a non-abrasive cleaner such as Caesarstone branded cream cleanser available to purchase from Shop Online or for further detailed information on cleaning please refer to the Caesarstone Care & Maintenance Guidelines.

Caesarstone is heat resistant and is not affected by temperatures lower than 180°C (365°F). However, like all stone material, Caesarstone can be damaged by sudden and rapid temperature changes. Therefore, we always recommend that hot pots and pans never be placed directly on the surface but onto a heat trivet or wooden chopping board especially when using cooking units such as electric frying pans, crock pots, or roaster ovens.

Here are things needed to be aware of when using Caesarstone:

− Caesarstone has a high hardness, but it doesn’t mean it’s indestructible. Please do not polish the surface, or it will lose its original glossiness. At the same time, do not attempt to experiment destroying the countertop, or lifelong damage can be occurred.

− Caesarstone is made of hard compositions, which has a high resistance of scratches. However, please be aware of using extremely hard objects to scratch the surface.

− Caesarstone is heat resistant, but please avoid long time direct contact of boiling pot to the surface, excessive heat at a certain area may cause damage and cracks.

− Even though Caesarstone has high durability, and a relatively high impact resistance, still need to avoid hitting the surface hardly, frequently hitting the surface or pressure the empty area.

− Caesarstone is made of up to 93% quartz crystal, with the long term explosion of ultraviolet radiation, the surface glossiness will be affected and partial explosion may cause the color difference.

− To clean Caesarstone, we suggest to use warm water and mild detergent. If a thorough cleaning is needed, we suggest using mild detergents that will cause no damage.
